Once again, our Garden Committee volunteers did a great job planting and maintaining the library entry gardens. Each summer seems to bring its own unique challenges, and we are very grateful for the work that each of the volunteers does to keep the plants healthy and blooming. Library patrons really appreciate the splash of color that the gardens bring to the entrance, and we receive many compliments on your work.
On behalf of the Friends, thank you to Helen du Toit, John Iberg, Jo Travers, Bethanne Hinkle, Laura Dowling, and Ingrid Mayyasi for their continued efforts. Many thanks to our new garden volunteers, Alison Dana, Tricia Crockett, Claudia Miller, Betsy Nikula, and Claudia Brandon. We are very happy to welcome you to our team.
